Before being recruited by a modelling agency as a young girl, Tricia had already fallen in love with the culinary world. Her motto is “GREAT FOOD IS ALWAYS SEXY”. With her international modelling career taking off, Tricia was fortunate to be exposed to cuisines from around the globe and make them her own – combining flavors and breaking rules. She likes to call herself the “Mad Scientist”.

​Tricia Mitchell is a TV host, international fashion model and entrepreneur. Born in Barbados, this Bajan beauty`s fun, energetic attitude towards life explains it all. If asked, ``What are the greatest gifts from being an international model?”, the answer is always, “The travel, the food and the incredible people I get to meet”. She has worked all over the world including London, Paris, Cape Town, and Barcelona, but, New York is her base and will always be what she calls home. In her mind, her career has given her many gifts. Her campaigns and clients include Donna Karan, Dior, Maybelline, The Gap, Isaac Mizrahi and many others. She has shot for several magazines including Vogue, Cosmopolitan and Elle. As blessed as she feels in her career, Tricia has another great passion, food.

Tricia’s genuine interest in cuisine enabled her to glean knowledge from internationally respected culinary minds worldwide. Her fascination with travelling has taken her to six of the world’s seven continents. Although she has not been to Antarctic, if their fashion and food scene ever warrant it, she will be there! Her fascination with travel has taken her all over the world, where she loves to jump into the local culture learning about their tastes and their way of life. Tricia is a strong believer in the organic movement, and she feels that “pure foods” equal true taste.
